How are you bringing the best in these people?,” Giudice said. “The lessons that you try to impart on your children are directly applicable to the people you manage in the workplace.”
The principles don’t just apply to motherhood, either. Dad and Product Design VP at SAP Michael Tschudy weighs in on how he finds the best in both worlds:
“We found there are patterns between managing kids and really caring about where they go in life and also doing the same things for your employees,” Tschudy told genConnect. “We found that in similar situations in everyday work and life, we have the same types of problems to handle.”
