The reason is for men, because orgasm and ejaculation most often happen at the same time. The poor guy, you can’t. Most of the time you can’t.

Dear Mr. Nasir, thanks for your question. The penis size that you are describing is within the normal range. However, it seems that you are concerned. I don’t know if your concern comes from previous experiences or you are just worried that in your future relationships, you might not be able to satisfy your partner. If this is the first case, then you need to think back to see what gave you the indication that your partner/s did not enjoy the intercourse as much as you would have expected. For example, did she tell you specifically that she did not enjoy the intercourse or did she complaint about the whole lovemaking and sex. The reason this is important, is that often men are worried that their performance was not good enough or they do not see the reaction that they had in mind from their partner which then leaves them with a sense of self-doubt. But in fact when you ask their partners, she might have enjoyed the intercourse but wished to have had more foreplay. So it is important to clarify the cause of this doubt. Various studies show that men go through surgeries to add to the length or girth of their penises but their satisfaction rate does not necessarily increase. Let me say this again: the size of your penis does not matter, as long as you can manage the intercourse, know how to use it and if you know how to please your partner in general, because using one’s penis is only a part of the whole love-making process.
