Spring is here, and ’tis the season for putting a little spring in your own step when it comes to your sex life.
Great lovemaking can happen at any age, says Andrea Warshaw Wernick, founder of Fab at Any Age. Andrea recently interviewed holistic health expert and nutritionist Sally Kravich, who talks about how you can rev up our libido before, at and after 60, and how sex can be fun at any age. Sally shares which type of herbs and vitamins one can take to provide a sensual boost, how to set the mood and suggestions for natural aphrodisiacs to help get your motor running.
One of the best things about love-making for older women, according to Kravich? They don’t have to worry about birth control, and they are sure of themselves and who they are. One of the keys to great intimacy for women after 60 is taking care of themselves first, Kravich says, so that they feel relaxed and sexy. Foods that can help your libido? Dark chocolate, Stevia, seaweed, and a number of hot herbs “that light your fire.”
