Want to direct, edit and share your very own videos? Enter Viddy, a free iPhone and iPad app which makes it simple for anyone to capture, produce, and share beautiful 15 second videos. Watch Viddy’s Chief Evangelist Chris Ovitz talk to Quickie Chick Laurel House on how the app combines social networks like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube into one convenient community:
Viddy recently achieved 26 million users and is reportedly signing up one million users per day. The go-to app for itty bitty videos has been called “Instagram for video” by the New York Times and used by celebrities like Giuliana Rancic and internet sensation iJustine.
“It’s a great micro-vlogging tool,” Ovitz told genConnect. “So you can shoot it without effects but we also provide really quick one-touch editing effects that you can make something look beautiful and get it out there. It’s great for everyone.”
