Why is the Aspen Ideas Festival so important to Pepsi’s mission?
“In our business, we’re now trying to figure out – how do we reach, how do we engage, how do we feed – the next billion consumers as they’re born and as the world’s population grows. To do that right, for PepsiCo, it’s all about having the right ideas, new ideas and fresh ideas,” Singh told genConnect. ”Where’s a better place to be for inspiration than Aspen Ideas Festival for that?”
Feeding the next billion, an estimated population of eight billion people by 2030, will require new and creative thinking from companies like PepsiCo about the foods we eat and how we produce them. Singh is hoping that an idea from the Festival sparks a promising solution.
