Geoffrey Zakarian Serves Up Salad With Style (VIDEO)
Geoffrey Zakarian knows what New Yorkers want for lunch and he serves it up with style. Located near the bustling Times Square in New York City, his restaurant, The Lambs Club, is built for midtown lunchers, Zakarian says. “People at lunch have forty-five minutes and they want protein and salad,” he said. “At the end of the day, they want terrific composed salads and we work around that.” Watch Zakarian talk more about The Lambs Club below:

When it comes to his salads, such as the traditional ceasar or the cob, each is prepared with an elegant spin. The goal, according to Zakarian, is to get people to notice that there is a real focus on the product.
Zakarian, known for his taste and style, brings those concepts to the table – literally. Much like the food, The Lambs Club is elegant and is more like a luxurious bar-and-grill instead of a three or four-star restaurant, Zakarian says. “What we wanted to do is something really approachable, yet high-end and very luxurious.”
