Fine-tuning your craft of sandwich-making is a no-brainer, according to Emeril, because wherever you eat out – everywhere from coffee shops to fine dining establishments – they all typically have some sort of sandwich menu.
“It’s sort of around the country, with all these great sandwiches sort of Emeril-ized,” he said of his book.
