These challenging economic times, with more uncertainty than security, naturally create internal questions of purpose and value. Lately, I find myself more self-reflective on past decisions while searching for the key to knowledge moving forward. Instead of feeling down or with flat-out anxiety, I am actually calmer than ever.
The key to my feeling relaxed is because of a renewed dedication to regular work-outs. Sweating is my sanity saver. Dr. Mark Liponis, writes in his book Ultra-Longevity that exercise is the number one antiaging medicine. Regular exercise also helps lower stress levels and promotes immune functioning.

We all have the power to take the necessary steps to live the best life that we can. We can choose to celebrate what’s good and not focus on negativity by elevating our thinking, we can make an effort to be around people who share out values and bring out our best, and we must make a commitment to tap into our power by strengthening our minds and body.
