The book, a collaborative effort between inspirational Chicken Soup for the Soul stories and leading-edge medical advice from Harvard Medical School professional Dr. Julie Silver, makes for a handy, personal, medical toolkit, whenever you need it.

“What I see a lot of my patients doing is surfing the Internet and drawing their own conclusions about what is bothering them in terms of their back pain or neck pain,” Dr. Silver told genConnect. They often come up with not only the wrong diagnosis, but one that is a lot worse than they think it is. I think it’s really important not only to get great medical advice but also to have things you can do at home to help you.”

Finally, a chicken soup for the soul targeted at back pain sufferers. Can't wait to recommend this book to my clients.

Most of the time, most back pain sufferers always wanted to do something at home, which I have been prescribing back pain relief exercises to them at home.

This book will come in handy as an alternative resource.

I've never imaged back pain can be overcome as mentioned nicely on that wonderful video clip. Potential of the video really gives great hope and to treat back pain I'll soon start doing yoga. Thanks.
