To recap: How can you tell if you’re depressed? The two indicators are time and duration. If you feel down, depressed, sad and with a loss of interest that lasts longer than two weeks, which really interrupts functioning, ability to work, relationships… then that could mean that you’re clinically depressed. The good news? It’s treatable with medication and therapy.
