Michael Holthouse, a highly successful businessman and philanthropist, spoke with genConnect at the Aspen Ideas Festival on the importance of teaching entrepreneurship in younger generations. “Entrepreneurship is the heart of what America is,” said Holthouse, the founder of several youth organizations including The Holthouse Foundation for Kids, Prepared 4 Life and Lemonade Day.
“What we do is focus on kids — teaching them life skills, character and entrepreneurship… Helping youth understand the broader context of how they can take their talents and achieve their piece of the American dream.” Watch:
