AEF a ‘Fertile Environment for New Ideas’ (VIDEO)

The Aspen Environment Forum, in it’s fifth year, has become the go-to event for leaders in the fields of climate change, green technology, ocean preservation, and other environmental issues. This year was no different as nearly 80 industry leaders gathered in Aspen, Colo. to discuss the future of the planet and how we can adapt to growing climate changes. Watch David Monsma, Executive Director of the Aspen Institute’s Energy and Environment Program, on what he hopes people take away from the  Forum:

“We were inspired by our own Aspen Ideas Festival to have a public forum where more people could be involved in win interactive discussion and open exchange of ideas,” Monsma told genConnect. ”We’ve created a very fertile environment for new ideas and curious ideas to possibly make their way into the next step.”
