Concentrating During Sex

If you’re starting to feel like you’ve lost your concentration when it comes to being intimate with you partner you’re not alone. In today’s “Sixty Seconds of Sex” Dr. Marianne Brandon reviews some tips to help couples concentrate during sex.

1. Meditate regularly. Research suggest that regular meditation helps you focus and tune into your body during sex.

2. Take time to get to know your body. Whether its a shower or some stretches, anything simple can help you get more in touch with your body and prepare yourself for sex.

3. Focus on your body and your breathing during sex. Tuning everything out during sex except for yourself can help you be more concentrated on reaching climax.

4. Let your partner know that you’re struggling.
