Communication During and After Sex

Figuring out how to communicate with your partner when it comes to sex can be complicated. Should you say it in the moment? Right after? Maybe before?

Sex Expert Dr. Marianne Brandon gives us some tips on how and when to communicate with your partner about what you like in the bedroom.

Communicating during sex “can take you both out of the moment and things can feel less sexy,” says Dr.Brandon. Instead she suggests communicating with your partner outside of the bedroom when you aren’t being as intimate.
