Entrepreneurs: Quit Your Startup (VIDEO)
Have a startup idea? Most career mentors will tell you to remain passionate for your business and never give up. Marketing evangelist and Twitter guru Laura Fitton is telling you to quit:
“Quit your startup. Whatever idea you think you have that is the greatest idea, quit it. Throw it out and walk away,” Fitton told genConnect. “Because if you are capable of walking away, you have no business doing your startup. As a startup-er, you hit brick walls systematically over and over and over. The important thing is to run full speed right up to the wall because half the time you get really close and realize there is a ladder and you hop over. And half the time you hit it, you fall down, you cry, you get up and keep going.”
