How much time do you spend online? Our attachment to technology is undeniable and the effects are as far-reaching as ever before. Author, activist and former editor of House & Garden Dominique Browning says her life is “almost one hundred percent online.” Watch Browning talk about how her career has developed over the last 30 years and the role technology has played:

“My career has evolved in the magazine business from print to pure digital and it’s been an amazing adventure,” Browning told genConnect.
As the associate literary editor at Esquire magazine and the assistant managing editor at Newsweek in the late 1980s, Browning remembers the effect technology had on the magazine industry with the introduction of computers. And since then, the effects have only grown.

After leaving the magazine business in 2007, Browning started her “own personal blog called Slow Love Life … and my life now is almost one hundred percent online.”
