BlogHer recently concluded their 8th Annual Conference in August in New York City. Heavy-hitters like Martha Stewart, Soledad O’Brien, Katie Couric and Christy Turlington Burns came to connect with the increasingly influential blogging community.
The power of such a gathering is undeniable. While the conference had nearly 5,000 attendees, Camahort Page points out that you “add in the element that these women are speaking to thousands and thousands and sometimes millions of other women like them.” Before you know it, you have your own online megaphone — amplifying your message, brand and product.
