Ming Tsai is the Emmy Award-winning host and producer of American Public Television's "Simply Ming," now in its ninth season. Ming is also a James Beard Award winner and current chef/owner of Blue Ginger in Wellesley, MA.
The multi-talented chef has written four cookbooks: Blue Ginger: East Meets West Cooking with Ming Tsai, Simply Ming, Ming’s Master Recipes and Simply Ming One-Pot Meals.
Tsai is a national spokesman for the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN) and a member of Common Threads, the Harvard School of Public Health’s Nutrition Round Table, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Cam Neely Foundation and Squashbusters.
