Melissa O’Shea, MS RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters of Science in Nutrition Education from Columbia University. Melissa has been working with Exhale Spa in NYC for two years and also works extensively for corporate clients such as American Express, Citigroup and Credit Suisse, providing nutrition sessions and lectures on weight loss and heart disease for their employees. Melissa’s other areas of specialization include prenatal nutrition (including those trying to conceive or clients undergoing infertility treatment), and pediatric and adolescent nutrition.
