Thirty years ago Judy lost 50 lbs and has kept it off. To maintain her weight, Judy stays in a 3 lb range by using little tricks that allow her to enjoy life and not add inches. Her biggest motivator is a closet full of clothes that she doesn’t want to replace with a bigger size. Judy loves eating out and would prefer dessert over dinner any day of the week. One of her favorite foods is a McDonald’s hamburger. Bottom line, she believes you can eat anything you want in this world as long as you limit the portion size.
Making good food choices is critical, but it is more important to control your portions and not feel deprived. Judy has a long history of working in the weight loss industry and throughout her experiences; she has learned that most people know how to diet. In many aspects of our lives, food is the center of our universe and it is not easy to always say no. Therefore, it is Judy’s goal to share tips/strategies on how to handle every day situations so you not only lose weight, but maintain your weight long term.
As a diet coach Judy helps her clients one-on-one everyday to attain their weight loss goals. Her clients are always saying how much they appreciate the tips she shares with them. As a result, she decided to create a tool they could refer to easily when food is a challenge.
