Jack Myers is a media ecologist and chairman of Media Advisory Corp, which publishes economic counsel, trend analyses, proprietary research and forecasts for media, advertising, marketing, entertainment and financial services companies. Jack also serves as advisor and director for a portfolio of digital media companies. His new book, Hooked Up: A New Generation’s Surprising Take on Sex, Politics and Saving the World, shares insights into the first generation to grow up with the Internet (born 1991-1995) and the positive impact they are likely to have on business, culture and society. Jack is the recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award, won the Crystal Heart Award from the Heartland Film Festival, and has been nominated for both an Academy and Emmy Award for Best Documentary Feature. He is a partner in Morgan Spurlock’s Cinelan Group and co-produced the Focus Forward documentary series underwritten by GE.
