Holly Perkins is an established health and fitness expert who believes in challenges the perceived limits of her clients and herself. She has trained and guided people through numerous marathons and mountain climbing expeditions, including excursions Mt. Kilimanjaro. Holly understands the importance of commitment to personal achievement, and how rewarding it is to accomplish those goals.

For Holly, fitness was her first love, coming at an early stage in her life. She joined an adult dance aerobics class in sixth grade with a friend, whose mom signed her up to help her lose weight. The friend dropped out, but Holly was enthusiastic about the music, 80’s dance outfits and the feeling she got during each class. She still credits this as the turning point that created her passion for fitness and inspired her career.Holly’s work as a personal training consultant was founded on the idea that science and fitness can work together to help people reach their optimal potential. Her intimate knowledge of physiology, nutrition, and biomechanics, as well as her seemingly boundless enthusiasm, have helped countless people reach their goals and shifted the way they think about fitness.

With almost 20 years of experience in the health and fitness landscape, Holly has a deep understanding of the human body. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Holly is currently working towards becoming a Certified Nutritionist.

Holly has become known for her distinct ability to inspire change in any physique that she works with. Because of the established challenge in transforming the female body, Holly has taken particular interest in this specialized field. Her experience, combined with the prestigious CSCS certification, positions her to be a true influence in helping women transform their bodies, create optimal health, and discover what it means to be strong.
