Harper has helped countless people that have previously given up on helping themselves, or had been written off as helpless by others. Harper has created DVDs, supplements, books, and frequently engages in motivational speaking engagements and personal appearances.

Raised on a cattle farm in Nashville, TN, before making his way to Los Angeles, Harper received fitness instructor's certifications from the American Fitness Training of Athletics Association and the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and has since developed his trademark brand of fitness and nutritional integration that leads to lasting lifestyle transformations. His "Inside Out" Method is a challenging integration of mind, body and spiritual fitness that aggressively pushes one mentally and physically further than one has ever gone before to reach a greater sense of accomplishment that powers a better body and a better life. This approach begins with improving oneself internally, and spreads outwardly.

A practicing vegan, Harper in 2010 became the spokesperson for Farm Sanctuary, won the Veggie Awards 2010 Person of the Year award from VegNews, and was honored as PETA's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2010. He is also a regular on "The Dr. Oz Show" as a member of Core Team Oz.
