“I think they can leverage social media by really sending out a message about authenticity and just being who they are and showing the community that they are surrounding themselves with, and the charities or the organizations they work with,” Desmond says of job-seekers. “You can’t leverage social media, you’ve got to just be who you and just find your place in that social graph.”
